We believe that privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance and we take every precaution to ensure this at all times. We will be pleased to discuss our privacy and confidentiality policy at the Preliminary Session.

Note: because the caller normally pays for the call, details of the telephone call may appear on the individuals itemised telephone bill. If this presents a difficulty we are able to provide access to freephone counselling at a small additional cost.
