We believe that privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance and we take every precaution to ensure this at all times. We will be pleased to discuss our privacy and confidentiality policy at the Preliminary Session.

Note: because the caller normally pays for the call, details of the telephone call may appear on the individuals itemised telephone bill. If this presents a difficulty we are able to provide access to freephone counselling at a small additional cost.

The basic building block for all therapies is trust. That is why we make it very clear at the start that all conversations and communications are held totally confidentially with us. This is over and above the GDPR requirements which we adhere to. You can be rest assured that any communications and sharing of personal details are treated with extreme care and confidentiality.
